Welcome to Our Wedding Website
This is our fantastic wedding party!
These are the bridesmaids.

Hello, I am Alejandra and I am thrilled about being part of Melanie and Jonathan’s wedding. Melanie is a dear friend of mine, and I feel very honored that she thought of me to be her bridesmaid. Mel and I, we have so many private jokes, that I am realizing that I cannot include here any of them without sounding creepy. So, Mel, no joke, but as always, all the love and best wishes from your Galician friend. It's going to be a blast! Cute, not scary! ;) |

This is Andrea, the middle Sereny sister. She is a wunderkind of the biomedical sciences, having successfully bred a pair of living sofas, one black and the other with brown stripes. Next she hopes to domesticate them both. |

Hi, I'm Carla, Mel's eldest and wisest sister. I live in NY with my husband and 2 sons. I'm so excited that my baby sister is getting married and that Jonathan is becoming part of our family. |
These are the groomsmen.

This is the Best Man, Zach. He is mostly from Kansas and thus, unlike the francophilic groom, correctly pronounces ‘Arkansas’. In 1995, he spent a brief portion of his life outside Logan airport in a small Ford Fiesta with two other large men, a midsized cousin, their concomitant luggage, and a driver, which is where he met the groom. They spent the next four years together in a smokey TV room doing the World News Polka and arguing the merits of dead languages. (Go Akkadian!) The world then schemed to separate the two for its own safety, resulting, in Zach’s case, in a failed career in rockets, quasi-successful water bill management in Tanzania, and a superlative marriage to the bewitching and brilliant Jess Lee, whom he now lives off in Washington, D.C. Oh, and he likes math. |
|
This is Ben, cousin of the groom. He and his wife Alison live in the Bay Area with their adorable little boy, where they help create various kinds of arts and letters through electron wrangling. He and the groom were at MIT together, where they took grim pleasure in the fact that they were the only ones from Arkansas, and were in fact cousins, thus providing no help to the reputation of the state. |
And this is the flower boy!

This is the flower boy, Nevin. He’s got his petal tossing style down, and is ready to impress. |
