Melanie & Jonathan
Welcome to Our Wedding Website

The Triangle has lots of options for nature, nightlife, and noshing, including a flourishing local beer and coffee scene! However, a car is necessary to get to any of these things. (Don't worry about the wedding itself. We'll have a shuttle running for those who need it.) Weren't planning on having a car? Make a new friend or reconnect with an old one, and think about splitting the cost of a rental. (They average about $40-$45/day.)

Want a second opinion? Check out the local independent newspaper, the Indy Week, for their calendars of galleries and bands (including Il Trovatore at the NC Opera and the Tannahill Weavers at Casbah, both on Friday, 27 April) as well as their Triangle Dining Guide. Also, the New York Times did a piece on the area in their “36 Hours in...” series of travel articles. It's from the middle of 2009, though, so double check anything they mention that piques your interest.
